I have worked with Classic Party Rentals of VA in several capacities over the years and would like to take this opportunity to wholeheartedly recommend them to you. I first met the ladies of Classic 6 years ago, when I began coordinating weddings. When I moved on to a hotel as their even planner, I was quick to take them along for a ride. We have approximately three hundred events per year. For all of our events that require rentals, we hire only Classic Party Rentals of VA. When I talk with my clients about why I only use Classic, I always say that if I ever have an issue at an event (ie: I forgot to order something), I call them and they are jumping in the air before they ask how high. The service I receive from them is unbelievable. To the same point, a few weeks ago my staff showed up at an event and the rentals were not there. It was 4pm on a Saturday during the holiday season – three hours after Classic was closed – and two hours before the start of my event. I had gotten my dates wrong in the heat of the season, but they graciously called me to let me know without saying anything in front of my staff or my client. At Classic, they do not care who is at fault, just that everything is done to make every event perfect. I would refer Classic Party Rentals of VA to everyone. They are my secret weapon. I know that if I make a mistake or have a last minute event, if they can help me, they will. Their products are always clean, in great shape, innovative and lovely.
