Went in here to view rental options for a wedding. The salesperson was very enthusiastic and clearly had a lot of knowledge of their craft, but at times it seemed like our vision was not being heard. Overall, I think it was a good experience for us.

Amazing customer service!!! I neglected to order forks for a party I was hosting and called the emergency line with one hour to go. Sydney was so helpful on the phone and the owner, Nina, drove to the warehouse immediately, and by the time I arrived there, I didn't have to even get out of the car. Sydney was very easy to work with and very patient as we amended the order several times as well as placed additional orders. The delivery drivers were on time, very friendly and extremely quick with the job. The only reason I did not give five stars was because the delivery fees for 180 chairs shot up the rental cost from $1500 to over $2500 (excluding tax) because they added extra fees for time requests, after 5 pm, weekends, fuel on top of the regular delivery fee if $150.

At the start of the planning process, we didn’t really have a clear idea of the rentals, place settings, and linens we wanted for our wedding day. At our first meeting Martha was so patient with us; pulling out all kinds of combinations to ensure we landed on exactly what we wanted! Throughout the planning process we had quite a few changes: the number of serving dishes, the types of glasses, the size of the tables, and so many more. Martha and Carrie were extremely prompt and patient in making the updates to our quote to ensure we were all on the same page! Martha and Carrie made it so easy by coordinating with our Caterer, Mosaic, to ensure we had everything we needed to deliver a perfect dinner and the reception. And WOW - did they!
