Deposits
All individual customers will be required to place a 50% non-refundable deposit on their initial rental order. This deposit will be applied to the balance of their account.

There will be no reimbursements!!

Damage Waiver
A 6% non-refundable damage waiver is available on all rentals. The damage waiver does not cover loss or theft, nor damage due to negligence. All broken, damaged items must be returned. Certificate of insurance from your homeowners policy is required if damage waiver is declined.

Examples of items covered on damage waiver:

  • Broken glasses
  • Chipped plates
  • Small burn holes in linen.

Examples of items not covered on damage waiver:

  • Any item not returned (including crates and racks)
  • Molded linen
  • Excessive candle wax on linen
  • Excessive amounts of breakage (negligence).
