To better meet our clients’ needs, we offer an extensive inventory of quality event merchandise. In our showrooms you can visually coordinate any rental items needed for your signature event setting. Our consultants welcome you to visit either of our locations, gather ideas from our showroom displays, view referral pictures and personally match our linens to your special events. Due to the addition of our My Wishlist quote builder we no longer have a price list online. All prices except for tenting and linens can be found on our Rental Inventory Pages!

Regarding pricing for tenting—tenting starts at $1.00 per square foot. Additional items like sidewalls, weights, lighting, etc. are all priced à la carte based on the tent size and your individual needs. Regarding linens—we stock over 500 colors/patterns/textures and own more than 100,000 individual pieces of linen. While it is not possible to stock every linen in every possible size or color, we can usually accommodate your request via special orders. Special order linens will incur additional costs over in-stock linens. Please call our sales team to discuss your needs.
